Returns & Credit Policy 

We guarantee that our teas will leave our facility in peak condition. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, then please review the below options for a resolution.  Please note that we must be contacted within 14 days of the order delivery date for a return request to be considered.  For assistance, please reach out to (support@serenateallc.com).   

As a small business, SerenaTea is not responsible for the return shipping cost of any preference-based return and only store credit will be issued.  All store credit can be applied during checkout on our online store. 

When inquired for, sale adjustments in the form of store credit will only be granted for orders placed 48 hours prior to a promotion. 

Loose leaf teas
If you purchased a 2-3.5 oz pouch of tea and find that you do not enjoy the blend, please contact us for a one-time store credit.  Credit will be in the amount of the item, excluding shipping charges.  Please note this policy does not apply to 1lb pouches, or pyramid sachets.   

Pyramid sachets
If entirely unopened and unused, any 50ct. case of pyramid sachets can be returned for store credit.  We are not accepting returns of 15-count boxes currently.   

Merchandise
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to request a replacement.  Please note that photo documentation of the damaged item is required when submitting your request. Â
